Stanley Cup Playoff Saves of the Week: April 25 – May 1

We’re into the second round of the Stanley Cup playoffs, and the goaltenders keep stealing the show!

Even though the only reason they are playing is because of an injury to their teams’ starting goalie, Matt Murray of the Pittsburgh Penguins and Thomas Greiss of the New York Islanders continue to perform extremely well under the spotlight. Corey Crawford makes his final appearance on the saves of the week, after his Chicago Blackhawks were bounced out by Brian Elliott and the St. Louis Blues.
