Ellis’ new mask art features rage-filled predators

inGoal Magazine friend Dave Gunarsson shared his fantastic look for the Predators’ Dan Ellis – thank you Dave!

As Dave’s web site notes of the mask art:

“Naturally Dan wanted his Pred cats that David created for him two years ago. He wanted them filled with rage and aggression to show his power when he’s playing in goal!”

I wonder what that logo on the chin is?

And I take it that he and his wife are expecting a baby girl soon and they have yet to agree on a name!

Love the design! This is world’s better than Pekka’s design—it just looks like something that got torn into and (imho) you can’t really tell what any part of it is supposed to be. The backplate is cute, very similar to what I had done on mine with my two girls with their initials on their animal ‘nicknames’.
