daveart logoinGoal’s good friend Dave Gunnarsson and European Hockey magazine ProHockey are holding a mask design contest. Whether you are reading inGoal from Europe, or are anywhere else on the planet, you are welcome to enter.

The winner will receive a new mask from ProMask and your design will be painted by Dave himself.

Entry is simple – in Dave’s words, “Paint and draw the mask design of your dreams.” Unless you are based in Europe you won’t find any more information as the magazine doesn’t have a web site, but Dave tells us that “to make it easier for your readers in the US and Canada, you can tell them to scan the drawings and e-mail them to me and we will collect them here with all the others.”

Check out Dave’s latest creation, left, and some of the many others we have featured here at inGoal – wouldn’t it be fantastic to have one of these on your head next season?

If you’d rather mail your design you can do that too: ProHockey, S-205 08 Malmö, Sweden.

The entry deadline is April 15.

When you enter, let Dave know you’re an inGoal reader!

I have a great idea but unfortunately I am not very artsy and would never be able to draw out what I want.

  2. Chris says:

So who do we email our designs to again? Which Dave?

  3. Trenton Guilbeau says:

So, do we just come up with any design, or do we need to come up with something for a team?
