Steve Nash of eyecandyair is also Jonathan Quick’s regular artist. Jonathan looked to Steve for his first ever Olympic artwork and Steve has delivered once again. On Jonathan’s Sportmask Steve has delivered stunning graphics with a touch of patriotic / military symbols that would make Rick DiPietro proud. Also appearing on Tim Thomas’ backplate, it is interesting to see such patriotism from the airbrush of a Canadian artist!

Here is a story on why Jonathan wanted to honour the military in his mask.

Steve has also completed Tim Thomas’ Team USA Mask – have a look!

As always Jonathan will be wearing his mask by Sportmask. Head over to eyecandyair to see more fantastic work by Steve.

Quick’s mask is my favorite among the US goalies. Thomas’ and Miller’s masks look good, I just prefer realistic vs. cartooney graphics.

  2. Jeremy T says:

I agree Nick! I think this one out of all the other ones because it is less cartoony and it has symbolic messages. Plus there is not a lot going on in this mask. I like simple masks. Millers and Thomas’s masks are a little bit too much if you ask me. I wonder how long this took to make. Is Quick the starter?

  3. that's funny says:

Surely you jest. Quick the starter? Good one. It’s MillerTime.

  4. kther says:
