Nabby’s New Mask – Evgeni Nabokov’s 2009-2010 Sharks Mask

Artist Todd Miska of Miska Designs recently sent s along this great image of Nabby’s new Sharks mask.

Apparently assistant trainer Wes Howard came up with the idea of Poseidon, God of the Sea and Sharks swimming around him and the California seal on the back. The seal, which looks like some of the sickest work on the mask, includes the names of Nabby’s two kids.

Don’t like this new mask. Saw it in the game vs. Montréal, and that looked like it wasn’t fitting with the sharks’s color!

Never liked Nabby’s masks anywayz haha!

Cool idea with Neptune, the color could be more teal. I like it but his old mask is way better.
