The Dallas Stars signed Matt Climie and Brent Krahn to one-year, two-way contracts. This will be  interesting to watch as the Stars already have Richard Bachman signed, which stacks them with 3 minor league goalies. One is likely ECHL-bound while the other two duke it out for the #1 spot with the Texas Stars. (Dallas Morning News)

Braden Holtby is watching and learning as the third goalie on the Hershey Bears roster as they push for the Calder Cup. The series against Manitoba is tied 1-1 and resumes Saturday in Hershey. (Meridian Booster)
