Sorry for the lack of AHL updates. Been under the weather and, simultaneously, playing too much of my own hockey, which is why I was under the weather, but you never say no to free ice time, right?

After crushing spirits around the West Division, the Texas Stars finally met their match in Lake Erie rookie Trevor Cann, who, along with a defense that allowed ZERO shots on goal in the second period, shut the Stars out 4-0 Tuesday night in Cedar Park, TX. (Plain Dealer)
