Canada’s backup goaltender leads her team to a 2-1 win over the U.S. at the women’s worlds
Backup goaltender Charline Labonte played a solid game helping her Canadian team to a 2-1 victory over the U.S. Charline made some great saves including a spectacular glove save, ten minutes into the game, on a shot from Meghan Duggan that looked to be a definite goal for the U.S. Both teams are set to play in the gold medal game on Sunday at 12:00 (ET).
