Looks like the the Leafs have a goalie!
Well the Leafs have finally won a game! You can check out the full story from Damien Cox and the Toronto Star or in the Hockey Buzz.
Jump back on the bandwagon – they’re riding a one game win streak and have a new number one goaltender (um, excuse me, Vesa…that’ll be your seat right there at the end of the bench. the Marlies’ bench that is).
So in celebration here is the highlight of the night – the kind of back door, diving save that beer leaguers like me are dreaming of all the time.
Runner-up and a serious sinner in the “style-points” category goes to Marty Biron:

seems like the difference between The Monster and the other TO goalies is, that he tries!!! Toskala would have sat there and watched that one go it, and not moved at all…..
