Shots on Goal: Goalie Mask Photos-Binghamton Senators Goalies Mike Brodeur and Chris Holt

Mike Brodeur

Brodeur was a seventh round draft pick of the Chicago Blackhawks in 2003. Since then he’s spent time with the South Carolina Stingrays of the ECHL , and the AHL’s Hershey Bears and Rochester Americans. While with the Americans, Brodeur posted his best numbers to date going 18-13-4 with a 2.45 goals against average and .921 save percentage, all career bests.

The Ottawa Senators signed Brodeur to a contract during the summer of 2009 and sent him to their AHL affiliate Binghamton Senators. Brodeur has been called back to Ottawa a couple of times this season where he’s posted a 3-0-0 record with wins over the Wild, Canadians and Rangers.

Chris Holt

Holt started his professional career as the 180th overall pick in the 2003 draft for the New York Rangers. He’s been between the pipes for the ECHL’s Charlotte Checkers and Alaska Aces, and the AHL’s Hartford Wolf Pack and Peoria Rivermen. His NHL resume consists of time in the net for the St. Louis Blues and New York Rangers.

In 28 games this season for the Senators, Holt has a 13-13-1 record with a GAA of 3.01 and a SV% of 0.905.
