Any advice on wood vs. composite? My daughter loves her graphite — but her team coach wants her to give up the composite for wood… citing rebound control. Maybe if I just change the way I tape her stick LOL.

I guess Cody hasn’t tried Bladetape yet. I got some after reading about it here on ingoalmag.com. I think it gives me an added edge in every little area like rebound control, puck handling and being lightweight (water is not a factor for me since I play roller). I must say the bladetape is getting dinged up a bit more than I anticipated. Maybe he does the odd pattern to mess with forwards in that it’s not what they expect to see?

I DO like the Revoke graphic (if it’s the red one you’re talking about). It looks like it’d be distracting to a forward … there doesn’t seem to be any real focal point to the design.

I hate the Revoke graphic by Reebok. The PSIII graphic is soooo much nicer.

And what’s up with that tape job? My guess is that he’s trying to get his stick to be lighter. But, I think it would mess with my head.
