Despite having a season high of 48 shots on goal, the Lowell Devils were only able to get two of them past goalie Dany Sabourin in their 4-2 loss to the Providence Bruins.

Sabourin earned his 25th win of the season (25-22-0) by stopping 46 of 48 shots on the night thus ending a four game losing against the Devils.

Bruins goals were scored by Jordan Knackstedt, Mikko Lehtonen and defenseman Andrew Bodnrachuk, who picked up his first multi-goal game with two goals on the night.

Jeff Frazee

Frazee took the loss for the Devils, his 15th of the season (13-15-0), while stopping 18 of 22 shots.

Devils goals were scored by Tim Sestito (17) in the second period and Michael Swift (17) in the third.
