Worcester Sharks vs Lowell Devils

Friday night I had the pleasure of traveling down to the Tsongas Arena in Lowell, Ma to shoot the game between the Sharks and Devils. The Devils came out on top with a 5-1 win, thus completing a home-and-home sweep of the Sharks, and extended their current winning streak to four games.

In goal for the Devils was Jeff Frazee, who’s only blemish on the night came in the third period when Michael Wilson scored a shorthanded goal. (see picture below) Frazee had 20 saves on the night, and raised his record 3-3-0.

Tyson Sexsmith was between the pipes for the Sharks and held the Devils scoreless for the first period. Second period goals were score by Ben Walter and  Vladimir Zharkov. The scoring continued for the Devils in the third period with goals coming from Alexander Vasyunov and Tyler Eckford (2). Sexsmith, with a 2-3-0 record, had 31 saves on the night.

With the loss the Sharks record drops to 8-6-0-1 (17 points)

Is it just me or does Frazee look like he has beer league style?

Maybe it’s just the black mask….
