In this Episode of the InGoal Radio Podcast presented by The Hockey Shop Source for Sports, we sit down with Philadelphia Flyers goaltender Carter Hart for a lengthy chat that includes several never-before-heard stories, anecdotes and tips from the impressive 21-year-old puck stopper. From changing his stretching routine, to being cut from his local AAA team at age 15 despite almost making the WHL shortly before, Hart opens up about the mental tools he has developed with help from his Sports Psychologist John Stevenson, sharing some of the drills that helped him make the jump from Jr to the AHL to the NHL last season, and some of the tips and programs he still uses today. It’s hard not to be impressed with Hart’s approach, and willingness to share several tips we know goalies and goalie parents will be able to use themselves this season.
