Clemmensen Returns To Devils With Old School Style

Scott Clemmensen was originally drafted by the New Jersey Devils back in the 1997 NHL Entry Draft. The 215th overall pick returns to the team that drafted him after playing in Florida for the last 4 years, Clemmensen will assume the Devils goaltending vacancy left by the departure of Martin Brodeur, and he has two new masks from Mark Hart of Hart Designs that hearken back to a simpler time. The old-school, retro look is in, though you could argue Clemmensen is just going with what he knows.

Jeff Zatkoff Pays Tribute To Barrasso On New Pens Mask

It’s been a while since Tom Barrasso suited up in a Pittsburgh Penguins uniform. In fact, it’s been almost 12 years since he played in the NHL at all. That didn’t stop Jeff Zatkoff from putting together a tribute to the former franchise netminder on his new mask from Sylvie Marsolais of Sylabrush Airbrush. The 2nd most winningest U.S. born goalie in NHL history, his legacy in Steeltown is well earned. Now, Zatkoff has added to that legacy, with a classically simple mask design for the Penguins new throwback third jersey.
