Stanley Cup Playoff Saves of the Week: May 9 – 15

It’s hard to believe another week of the Stanley Cup playoffs has gone by. Another round is complete, as Pekka Rinne, Kari Lehtonen, and Braden Holtby all make their final appearances of the season. Their teams have been officially eliminated.

Ben Bishop looked to seriously injure himself in game one of the eastern conference final. Andrei Vasilevskiy stepped in to save the day, and two of his saves appear on this week’s list. Even though Vasilevskiy played well, Tampa Bay Lightning fans will be relieved to learn that Bishop is only day-to-day with his leg injury.
