Both of these videos are excellent and I really hope that this will show not only the players who play hockey but that it will also teach all coaches and those who join teams as Trainers that keeping the body hydrated is essential during practices and games alike. Using a combination of Gatorade and water during a game and/or practice is the best solution.
I personally have been trying to convince people of this since the early seventies when I first represented Gatorade. Back then as I do now feel that Gatorade is the number one sports drink.
