Anders Nilsson Unveils His New Edmonton Oilers Mask

Anders Nilsson has teamed up with Dave Gunnarsson of DaveArt to produce a sleek new mask design as he prepares for his first season with Edmonton.

The 25-year old, who spent last season with AK Bars Kazan in the KHL, has gone for a classical look using distinct blocks of colour in the Oilers orange and blue.

Two old style hockey sticks are crossed at the very front of the mask, with the design made to make them look like they are made from material.

The design also features the keys to Nilsson’s home town of Luleå, Sweden on both sides, with small paintings of both Nilsson’s young son and dog on either side and the Swedish Tre Kronor on the chin cup.
