Jhonas Enroth’s Buffalo Sabres Mask by

Jonas Enroth Buffalo Sabres Goalie MaskIt was just a few days ago that we published a new mask made for Jhonas Enroth of the Buffalo Sabres, created by David Leroux.

update: We were just contacted by Dave Gunarsson who noted that the Leroux mask was commissioned for Enroth by a fan – but would not be worn by him. We are attempting to sort this out and will report back as soon as possible.

Today as he was about to start in place of Buffalo’s reigning Vezina Trophy winner Ryan Miller, Enroth’s latest mask designed by Dave Gunnarsson of was released. Like the Leroux creationg, this one features bold graphics – though rather than the hybrid NHL/AHL design it has the Sabres two logos on either side.

Which design do you like the best? Hit the comments below and let us know!

Of course he finds time for some goaltending of his own as well, and despite his age, clings desperately to the idea that some NHL team will call him to play for them - though in his mid-forties (OK, late 40s) it'll likely be for a practice when everyone else on their depth chart has the flu and the shooter tutor has gone in for repairs.
