  • Terry Frei of the Denver Post questions the Colorado Avalanche organization’s  unwillingness to call up their AHL goalies Tyler Weiman and Jason Bacashihua from Lake Erie for a look, especially now that the team is well out of the playoff hunt. Agreed, especially for a team that may need a new look in the net.
  • Hamilton’s Marc Denis copes with being a boomerang, going back and forth between his Hamilton Bulldogs and the Montreal Canadiens. (TheSpec.com)
