This week on InGoal Radio presented by The Hockey Shop Source for Sports, we are joined by Stéphane Waite, two-time Stanley Cup winner and current goaltending coach of the Montreal Canadiens. Waite, who began coaching more than 30 years ago, shared insights into the pro game, what he needs in practice to help his goalies find success (hint: the same things minor-hockey coaches should be doing), specifics on how he builds a practice plan and then how he wants his goalies to just play more on instinct when its game-time. It’s clear that the well-thought coach has evolved and he discusses how his approach to working with goalies has had to change over time and how he has managed to stay current in the ever-changing world of goaltending. We were thrilled to hear that InGoal is a part of his ongoing professional development!

A look back to our CCM EFlex4 Overview

The readily evident improvements from the E-Flex 3 line include new features like the 3D molded kneestack and Quick Motion strapping that debuted with Premier 2 last year, and a flexible new bungee toe tie system. There is an updated graphic with a new overlay to make it pop more, and a streamlined outer knee wrap. Even the strapping tabs have been upgraded. 
The biggest improvement in the E-Flex 4 pad, however, comes from within in the form of a modified core, and it becomes evident as soon as you hit the ice.
