OSG provides everything a goalie needs to succeed—on-ice technique, off-ice training, mental coaching, and game review. With small camp sizes, we focus on personalized instruction, ensuring each goalie gets the attention needed for real development. OSG takes a holistic approach to goalie development, focusing on not just technique but also explosive power, mental strength, and overall athleticism.

Off-ice, we offer specialized programs targeting explosive power, agility, hand-eye coordination, and core stability, all essential for maximizing a goalie’s performance. Additionally, our off-ice training includes full game breakdowns and mental development sessions, helping goalies build the focus and resilience required to excel in high-pressure situations. OSG’s comprehensive approach ensures every goalie is equipped with the tools they need to succeed both on and off the ice.

• 10 hours of on-ice training

• 10 hours of off-ice training
