KC Elite Goaltending 4.0 Presented by Biosteel Sports will welcome 50 female goaltenders from across North America for a high intensity 4-day high performance camp led by Olympic Gold Medallist and current PWHL Toronto Sceptres goaltender, Kristen Campbell. Coaching staff includes current PWHL goalie coach, Gord Woodhall as well as current PWHL goaltenders Raygan Kirk, Corrine Schroeder and Logan Angers. CIS Can West Goaltender of the Year, Grace Glover also is part of the KC Elite Team!

Attending this camp, you will gain in-depth, firsthand insight into how Campbell trains both physically and mentally to achieve optimal performance. Our motto at KC Elite is:

Mental Performance Coach Dr. Adrienne Toogood will introduce goaltenders to a “human-first” journal, a key tool to help achieve excellence in both sport and life.

- PWHL New York Sirens Goalie Coach Gord Woodhall will run a classroom session & Q/A panel with current PWHL & Collegiate goaltenders.
- Osteopath James Wendland will lead off-ice workouts focusing on balance, tracking, and stability.
- Yoga Centre Winnipeg will guide goalies through a Vinyasa flow session to enhance mind-body connection, flexibility, and strength.
