Transactions
Fresh off his shutout against Houston on Wednesday, Lake Erie’s Tyler Weiman has been called up to the Avalanche in place of an ailing Peter Budaj. (NHL.com)
Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins sent Adam Berkhoel to ECHL Wheeling. Berkhoel has had a tough time getting healed up from a knee injury sustained last season. (WBS Penguins)
Chris Beckford-Tseu has been called up from ECHL Florida to Rochester to fill in for injured Plante (see Features above). (Amerks.com)
Hartford’s Matt Zaba has been sent to ECHL Charlotte. He’s been suffering from a concussion sustained in the first game of the season. (Beyond the Blueshirts)
