Pro Drills: Fred Brathwaite shares adaptive skating/stickhandling combo drill

Fred Brathwaite first introduced this multi-faceted drill at the 2016 NET 360 camp in Kelowna, and it became a quick favorite for the way it combined several goalies into an easy warm up while also touching on a couple different elements of edge control and puck handling.

It seemed ideal for those of you back on the ice now in groups, so we wanted to share.

β€œIt’s got a lot of different elements with puck handling and some movement and it’s a pretty easy, simple warm up drill that can keep multiple goalies involved,” Brathwaite said.
