Spencer Knight shares Bob-Inspired Stick Grip
- Spencer Knight uses Bobrovsky's tapered paddle shoulder design, which he calls the 'Bob paddle,' for a more gradual decrease in size and versatile hand placement.
- Knight applies sock tape over his grip to reduce tackiness, allowing his hand to slide more freely — a technique shared by Bobrovsky himself.
- Knight's knob design draws comparison to Carey Price's stick setup, combining influences from two elite NHL goaltenders.
- The sloped shoulder paddle design popularized by Bobrovsky has influenced multiple NHL goaltenders' stick customizations.
- Different tape types serve distinct purposes on Knight's stick, reflecting a deliberate and personalized approach to goalie equipment.
