Capital Goalie School

At Capital Goalie School Inc. (CGS), we believe each goaltender has his own strengths and weaknesses. Our goal is to build a solid foundation of goaltending knowledge that will benefit each individual and lead him to achieve his ultimate potential as an established goaltender. In the end, we focus on giving goaltenders the tools to succeed, rather than simply change their style of play. The way our school operates is simple. We teach the skills and techniques necessary to be successful in today’s fast-paced game while still integrating each goalie’s individual style of play in our teaching. Our teaching will also incorporate methods on how to prepare both physically and mentally before games and on how to deal mentally with different situations that can arise during games.
