Doc Mitch Harris, is the Director of Goaltending for all UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex goalie training, Penguins Goalie Academy, EXCEL Goalie Academy, Pittsburgh Penguins Elite and Lil’ 66ers. Prior to joining the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex he served as the goalie coach for the Metropolitan Riveters (PHF), Alvernia University (NCAA Men’s Division III), Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Knights (NCDC, Premier and Elite), The Hill School Boys Prep team and various youth programs in the Philadelphia, Central and Northeastern Pennsylvania. He also has worked with USA national women’s sled hockey team.

Mike Richter Award winner Cale Morris is also on staff for all UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex goalie training programs.

Program offerings at UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex, practice facility for the Pittsburgh Penguins, include small group/private goalie training, goalie clinics, power skating/puck handling clinics, summer camps and game video review.
