For Beginners to Elite AAA/Varsity Goalies/Jr and University 7 Weeks 2 Hours of On Ice Performance and high intensity game scenarios, detailed review of curriculum ranging from fundamental movement to advanced hockey IQ. 1 Hour Dryland/Off Ice Conditioning and Body Mechanics 1 Hour Classroom/Open Forum Discussion/Mental Performance/Goal Setting/Video Analysis Each day groups and drills are tailored specifically to our goalies. (Our Elite goalies are encouraged to mentor to our younger goalies; They are often times used for demonstrations and teaching purposes) We take the extra step to customize every camp, geared for each skill set. We take pride in providing professional coaching in smaller camp settings so that each student receives the detailed attention to foster proper habits and development.
