Charles “Three” Bollinger III is a dedicated goaltending coach with nearly two decades of experience developing goalies at all levels. He provides on-ice training and video review sessions, focusing on technique, positioning, and the mental game.
Three is the Goaltending Coach for the WFL Panthers High School Team, William Smith College, and Geneva Youth Hockey Organization. He has also coached for Hobart College ACHA, Rochester Coalition, and Rochester Regional Iceplex, working with goalies from youth hockey to the collegiate level.
Three’s recent successes include coaching the 2023-24 NEHC Goaltender of the Year and guiding a Section V high school goalie to a record-setting season for most saves. His structured coaching approach includes individualized training, video analysis, and game strategy to enhance goalie performance.
Three helps goalies develop strong fundamentals and confidence in their game through one-on-one sessions, team coaching, or specialized clinics. His expertise ensures goalies are prepared for the next level of competition.
