Ben Bishop
Ben Bishop was born in Denver, Colorado on November 21, 1986, and went on to become one of the tallest goaltenders in NHL history, standing 6'7" and catching left-handed. He was selected by the St. Louis Blues in the third round, 24th pick of the third round, in the 2005 NHL Draft.
Over a career spanning 413 NHL games, Bishop posted 222 wins, 128 losses, and 36 overtime losses, with a career goals-against average of 2.32, a save percentage of .921, and 33 shutouts. He played for the St. Louis Blues, Ottawa Senators, Tampa Bay Lightning, Los Angeles Kings, and Dallas Stars. He was a three-time finalist for the Vezina Trophy, awarded annually to the NHL's top goaltender.
