Rich Parent, born March 29, 1973, in Montréal, Quebec, spent portions of four NHL seasons with the St. Louis Blues, Tampa Bay Lightning, and Pittsburgh Penguins between 1997 and 2001. The 6'3", 215-pound left-catching goaltender appeared in 32 NHL games across that span, posting a record of 7 wins and 11 losses, a 3.15 goals-against average, a .882 save percentage, and 1 shutout. Following his playing career, Parent moved into coaching and currently serves as Head Coach of the Mississippi Sea Wolves of the Federal Prospects Hockey League.
