Tobias Stephan

Tobias Stephan was born on January 21, 1984, in Zurich, Switzerland, and was selected by the Dallas Stars in the second round, fourth pick of that round, of the 2002 NHL Draft. The left-catching goaltender stood 6'2" and weighed 180 pounds.

Stephan appeared in 11 NHL games for Dallas across the 2007–08 and 2008–09 seasons, going 1–3–2 with a goals-against average of 3.49 and a save percentage of .883. The bulk of his professional career was spent in the Swiss National League, where he played from 2001 to 2023. He also represented Switzerland at the international level, appearing in three World Championships.
