Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the https://ingoalmag.com website operated by InGoal Media (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.


If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, address, email address and phone number.


We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.


Our Service allows you to post post comments and otherwise make available certain information,  You are responsible for the information you post including securing relevant copyright permission and you are responsible for all consequences legal and otherwise that may arise from posting on our site. We are not in any way responsible for comments that you post.

InGoal Media has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that InGoal Media shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 14 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Payment Terms


Once you have purchased a subscription you have gained access to InGoal’s entire archive of content. As such, the payment you have made has been fully earned by InGoal Magazine. As such, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for partially used months or years. If at any point your fee is unable to be paid in a timely manner, for example if your credit card is declined or we are unable to process payment, InGoal Magazine reserves the right to concel your subscription and revoke access to the content on our site.

It is your responsibility to keep your contact information and payment information current and updated.

No Refunds

You may cancel your subscription to InGoal Magazine at any time. If you choose to cancel there are no refunds. In the event that InGoal suspends or terminates your subscription for your breach of this Agreement, our terms of service, or our commenting policy, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any unused time on a subscription, any license or subscription fees for any portion of the service, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else.


InGoal may offer discounted subscriptions occasionally. Unless otherwise noted, the promotional price is available for the first year, after which regular pricing will apply.


InGoal offers subscription plans in Canadian Dollars (CAD). You will be billed in CAD and any required currency conversion will be done by your credit card company, and you are responsible for any and all charges levied by your credit card company.
