Payment details (credit card numbers) are processed and stored by our payment processor, Stripe, and are not stored on our servers. We also collect your mailing address and demographic information where provided, to help us deliver relevant content and improve your experience.

Contact Forms

When you submit a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use contact form submissions for marketing purposes unless you provide separate, explicit consent.

Website Usage Data

We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site. This may include your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs. See the Analytics section below for details.

Internal Site Search

When you use the search function on our site, we log the search query, the number of results found, and the date and time of the search. For logged-in members, your user ID is also recorded. This data helps us understand what content our community is looking for and improve our site accordingly. Search logs are automatically purged after 90 days.
