Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the https://ingoalmag.com website operated by InGoal Media (“InGoal”, “us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the website and all related services, content, and features (collectively, the “Service”) is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, members, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not access the Service.

Membership & Accounts

Certain features of the Service, including access to premium content and the ability to post comments, require a paid membership subscription. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information — including your contact and payment details — up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We encourage families to enjoy InGoal content together — sharing access within your household is absolutely fine. However, accounts may not be shared outside your household or used for commercial purposes. InGoal reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe is being used in violation of these Terms.

Subscriptions & Payment

Once you have purchased a subscription, you gain immediate access to InGoal’s premium content for the duration of your subscription term. Because access to content is granted immediately upon purchase, the payment you have made is considered fully earned by InGoal Magazine and we are unable to offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.

If at any point your subscription fee is unable to be collected in a timely manner — for example, if your credit card is declined or we are otherwise unable to process payment — InGoal reserves the right to cancel your subscription and revoke access to premium content.

Cancellation & No Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you choose to cancel, no refunds will be issued. In the event that InGoal suspends or terminates your subscription for breach of these Terms, our Commenting Policy, or any other applicable policy, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any unused subscription time, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else.

Promotional Pricing

InGoal may offer discounted subscription rates from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, promotional pricing applies to the initial subscription period only, after which regular pricing will apply upon renewal.

Currency

All subscription plans are priced in Canadian Dollars (CAD). You will be billed in CAD and any currency conversion required will be handled by your payment provider. You are responsible for any fees or charges applied by your credit card company or bank in connection with currency conversion.

Content & Intellectual Property

All content published on InGoal — including articles, photographs, illustrations, videos, audio, graphics, logos, and other materials — is the property of InGoal Media or its content creators and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from this site without prior written permission from InGoal Media.

Brief excerpts may be quoted for purposes of commentary or review, provided that full attribution is given to InGoal Magazine with a link to the original content.

User-Generated Content & Comments

The Service allows members to post comments and otherwise contribute content. You are responsible for the content you post, including securing any relevant copyright permissions, and you are responsible for all consequences — legal and otherwise — that may arise from your posts. InGoal is not responsible for user-generated content.
