Brian Daccord served as the NHL's first full-time goalie-specific scout with the Toronto Maple Leafs before becoming Arizona Coyotes director of goaltending operations. He also founded Stop-It Goaltending, a multi-location goalie training company. His sons Joey and Alex are both active goaltenders, with Joey playing in the NHL for the Ottawa Senators.
