Episode 164 of the InGoal Radio Podcast, presented by The Hockey Shop Source for Sports, features a conversation with 12-year pro Kevin Poulin of the Laval Rocket and we check in with Taylor Joseph who went from EBUG to AHL starter and his first professional win last week.

In that feature interview, presented by Sense Arena, Poulin talks with us about his career, including in the NHL with the New York Islanders, the KHL and other European stops. We hear about his Spengler Cup Championship, a 2018 Olympic Bronze with Canada and his recent return to North America where he continues to evolve his game with lessons applicable for all InGoal listeners.

Joseph also tells us about a remarkable week the many of us can only dream of. With his season over, the Canadian University goaltender had been off the ice for six weeks when he got the call as an EBUG with the AHL’s Toronto Marlies and just hours before the game was informed he was getting the start.

All that, plus a trip to The Hockey Shop Source for Sports to look at the new Vaughn SLR3 which includes a number of significant enhancements to pads, glove and blocker that are well worth looking at if you are shopping for your next set of gear.
