Jhonas Enroth was born on June 25, 1988, in Stockholm, Sweden, and was selected by the Buffalo Sabres in the second round, 16th pick, of the 2006 NHL Draft. The left-catching goaltender stands 5'10" and weighs 175 pounds.
Enroth went on to appear in 153 NHL games across parts of his career with the Buffalo Sabres, Dallas Stars, Los Angeles Kings, and Toronto Maple Leafs, recording 50 wins, 69 losses, 16 overtime losses, a 2.84 goals-against average, a .909 save percentage, and 7 shutouts. Internationally, he represented Sweden at three World Championships, capturing a gold medal in 2013, and was part of the Swedish team at the 2018 Winter Olympics.
