Kayle Osborne

Kayle Osborne's senior season at Colgate University stands as a benchmark in recent NCAA women's hockey. Playing all 26 games in 2023–24, the Westport, Ontario native posted a 20–4–1 record with a 1.28 goals-against average, a .941 save percentage, and six shutouts — numbers that carried the Raiders to the NCAA Frozen Four. Along the way, she earned ECAC Tournament MVP honors and was named ECAC Hockey Goaltender of the Week six times in a single season.

That senior campaign was the culmination of a college career that began with immediate recognition. In 2020–21, Osborne's first season with Colgate, she earned ECAC Hockey Rookie of the Year honors, was named the Colgate Raiders Hockey Rookie of the Year, and was a finalist for NCAA Women's Hockey Goalie of the Year — a rare set of accolades for a first-year collegiate goaltender.

Her development drew attention at the national level as well. She was selected to Team Canada's National Women's Team Selection Camp roster for the 2022–23 Summer Showcase, marking her entry into the national program pipeline.

Osborne, who catches left, stands 5'8" and wears number 82. She is currently a member of the PWHL New York Sirens.
