Bio updated:

Raygan Kirk grew up in Ste. Anne, Manitoba, and took a winding path through college hockey before finishing her NCAA career with a championship and the tournament's Most Outstanding Player award.

Kirk began that journey at Robert Morris University, where she made the CHA All-Rookie Team after starting 24 games as a freshman and winning 15 of them. Her second season at RMU brought eight wins in 15 games and a .939 save percentage. When Robert Morris abruptly shut down its women's hockey program, Kirk was forced to transfer.

She landed at Ohio State, where her first two seasons with the Buckeyes were limited — four games in her junior year and eleven in her senior season, producing eight wins. It was her fifth year of eligibility that defined her college career. Kirk became the starter for Ohio State, going 22-and-whatever through the season and posting a .945 save percentage over 24 games. That 22nd win represented a new Ohio State team record for wins in a season. She shut out Wisconsin in the NCAA Championship game, was named to the Frozen Four All-Tournament Team, and took home tournament MVP honors.

Before any of that, Kirk had already represented Canada internationally. At the 2019 U18 World Championship, she played all four games, earned a gold medal, and was named tournament MVP — making her the holder of MVP honors at both the U18 Worlds and the NCAA Championship.

Kirk now tends goal for the Toronto Sceptres in the PWHL, wearing number 1.
