In the feature interview, presented by Sense Arena, the duo share respective teacher-and-pupil paths to LaFontaine being the top goalie in NCAA hockey this past season, including going back to junior A after two seasons at the University of Michigan before uniting with Popper in Minnesota. A true student of the position, LaFontaine talks about the detailed journals he keeps on mindset and technique, including his favourite drills, and Popper walks us through some of those specifics that played a role in the evolution of the Carolina Hurricanes draft pick.
