What is a belief? What is the definition of a belief? A belief is an acceptance that something is true. A feeling of certainty about what something means. It doesn’t matter if a belief is correct or incorrect. What does matter is, does the belief empower you or does it disempower you? Does that belief encourage you to take action towards your dreams or does that belief stop you from taking action towards your dreams. You want to have a whole list of empowering beliefs, and you want to get rid of the disempowering beliefs.
