The site and its resources may only be used by human beings for immediate access via a web browser, as the term is commonly understood. The content of this site may not be recorded, downloaded or otherwise duplicated.

The content of this site that has controlled access only for members via a “paywall” may only be used by or read by the registered subscriber/member or an immediate member of their family living in the same location. The intent of this term is so that parents can subscribe and share the content with their children and vice-versa.

The content of this site may not be accessed and shared publicly or privately with others. For example, coaches may not subscribe and then copy and share the information with the athletes they coach. Coaches may not access the site for teaching purposes in a camp setting, such as showing videos and other content to the students in their camp, except as expressly permitted by InGoal Media, Inc.

Passwords and access to the site’s controlled content may not be shared with groups. Subscriptions are for individual use only. Subscribers may not, for example, share their passwords with other coaches or athletes in their organization.

Severability

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site.
