Episode 122 of the InGoal Radio Podcast, presented by The Hockey Shop Source for Sports, features an in-depth conversation with Anthony Stolarz of the Anaheim Ducks.

In the feature interview, presented by Sense Arena, we caught up with Stolarz as he prepared to represent the United States at the World Championships in Latvia, and while his tournament ended early because of an injury sustained in his first game, we’re confident the 27-year-old will overcome it because of everything he’s overcome to establish himself as a full-time NHL goalie by the end of this season in Anaheim. As Stolarz explains, it hasn’t always been easy to keep moving forward and stay positive amid a myriad of setbacks but the lessons he shares in perseverance during the interview can benefit any goaltender looking to overcome any type of adversity.

Stolarz also shared insights into the evolution of his game with different coaches, what he took from working alongside Ryan Miller and John Gibson, and how his approach to off-ice training has grown at the Sports Performance Lab in New Jersey, including more emphasis on brain and eye work.

All that plus another trip to The Hockey Shop to show off and talk about the new Bauer HyperLite and 3X sticks, what sets each apart and the differences in feel, performance and price.
