SURVEY - Performance Anxiety in Young Goalies |
You can help build a better understanding of the recent increase in performance anxiety among young goalies by participating in this survey, which is part of a project for USA Hockey goaltending.
Produced with input from Dr. Lorenda Beuker, who has written a book on Goaltending Strategies for Mindset & Performance Efficiency, and USA goaltending staff, the survey focuses on mental health for young goalies and tries to answer why so many seem to be losing their spirit and love for the position and game. The goal is to help guide the conversation and come up with real solutions.
Answers will remain private but everyone who participates is eligible to win an InGoal Hat or workout hoodie.
