Kevin Woodley.
Co-founder and Managing Editor of InGoal Magazine. NHL.com correspondent covering the Vancouver Canucks and author of the Unmasked series. Previously with the Associated Press, USA Today, Sports Illustrated, and The Hockey News.
Kevin Woodley co-founded InGoal Magazine in 2010 and has served as Managing Editor ever since — which means he has spent 15 years building and leading the editorial voice of the world's most respected goaltending publication, while simultaneously maintaining one of the strongest byline credentials in hockey journalism.
Before InGoal, Kevin spent more than a decade with the Associated Press, USA Today, Sports Illustrated, and The Hockey News. He previously served as editor of Ian Clark's Goalie News, giving him a front-row seat to the development of the coaching philosophies that now shape how goaltending is taught at the NHL level. He now covers the Vancouver Canucks as a verified NHL.com correspondent and is the author of the league's Unmasked series — a seven-year running examination of how goaltending evolves — that has made him one of the most cited voices on the position at the league level. He has also appeared on TSN Radio as a goaltending analyst and has hosted Hockey Canada coach summits and major InGoal events.
The access Kevin has built is exceptional and hard-earned. His work has included in-depth collaborations with Roberto Luongo, Carey Price, and Ian Clark — among many others — and he still plays goal himself, which tends to inform his reporting in ways a pure journalist's wouldn't.
